Industrial Relations

Andrew See has worked in industrial relations since 1982. He holds an Associate Diploma in Industrial Relations and has been an advocate in all major forums in both the federal and several of the State jurisdictions.

Andrew See has worked extensively in contracting, restructuring and change management strategies.

He has appeared in major National and State Wage Case proceedings, in work value proceedings and more recently in Union Rules disputes within the federal Court.

While in the Queensland Government, Andrew has been involved in major High Court proceedings including Re SPSF and Re AEU.
